Cromer, a seasoned aviation industry professional with 30 years of experience, will be drawing an annual base salary of $610,000, with the potential for a 100% bonus and a substantial long-term incentive award. His extensive background includes leadership roles at Xwing, Inc., Bombardier Commercial Aircraft, and ExpressJet Airlines. The company has also disclosed salary increases for other executives following a detailed compensation analysis.
