Alan W. Young has stepped down from his role at Spirit AeroSystems as of July 18, 2024, with a separation agreement in place. He will receive a total of $931,450 in severance payments and benefits, including lump sum payments for his annual salary, forfeited long-term incentive awards, transition services, and legal fees. Additionally, he is obliged to adhere to non-compete and confidentiality agreements for one year post-employment.
