Spirent Communications PLC’s CFO, Paula Bell, has participated in the company’s Employee Share Purchase Plan, acquiring shares at a price of GBP 1.84900 each. Following these transactions, Bell’s total shareholding has reached 624,540 ordinary shares. The transactions took place in London on 24 June 2024 under the UK Employee Share Purchase Plan 2005.
