Spire Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors from nine to ten members and elected Sheri S. Cook to fill the new position starting April 1, 2024. Cook, with a background in economics and finance and current senior roles at Altec Inc., brings extensive experience in managing human resources, information services, and a foundation. Recognized for her independence and compliance with NYSE regulations, Cook will contribute to the Audit and Compensation and Human Resources Committees. Her appointment involves no undisclosed arrangements, and she’ll be compensated in line with her fellow independent directors.
