Spirax Sarco Engineering (GB:SPX) has released an update.

Spirax Sarco Engineering has reported initial notifications of transactions by key management personnel. Group CEO Nimesh Patel, Group HR Director James Devine, and Head of Sustainability Sarah Peers have all acquired Partnership Shares and were awarded Matching Shares under the company’s Share Incentive Plan. These transactions were conducted on the London Stock Exchange.
