The dividend is in line with the company’s target to provide quarterly dividends based on 1.25% of the post-tax Net Tangible Assets (NTA), which was $2.364 per share as of March 31, 2024. The Investment Manager of SEC commented on the recent market rally, noting their performance slightly trailed the benchmark, attributing it to the speculative nature of the current rally.
