Spheria Emerging Companies Limited has reported a change in director Matt Booker’s interest in the company. Booker acquired an additional 3,103 ordinary shares through the dividend reinvestment plan, increasing his indirect holdings to 224,819 shares, valued at $6,651.59. There were no changes in director’s interests in contracts, and the transaction did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
