Spheria Emerging Companies Limited has reported a change in director Matt Booker’s shareholding, where he acquired an additional 50,000 ordinary shares through an on-market trade on 5 June 2024. Prior to this transaction, Booker held 224,819 shares, and post-purchase, his total increased to 274,819 shares, with the total transaction valued at $108,438.98. There were no changes in director’s interests in contracts, and the trade did not occur during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
