Tamara Joseph is resigning as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Spero Therapeutics to explore new opportunities, effective March 6, 2024. She will receive severance pay and a pro-rated bonus totaling approximately $390,565.73, with ongoing benefits including consulting at $395 per hour for nine months and continued vesting of her stock options and RSUs. Spero’s CEO, Sath Shukla, expressed gratitude for her contributions and best wishes for her future. Details of her separation and consulting agreements will be disclosed in the company’s annual report.
