Spenda Limited has bolstered its market position by acquiring Limepay, a B2B SaaS provider specializing in embedded finance and payment services, for up to $8 million in a performance-based, all-scrip deal. This strategic move promises to add at least $7.2 million in Annual Recurring Revenue, expand product development capabilities, and accelerate growth by capitalizing on a strong sales pipeline and the integration of Limepay’s payment solutions into Spenda’s service offerings.
