Spectur Ltd. has announced a pro rata, non-renounceable entitlement offer for shareholders, allowing the purchase of additional shares and options at discounted rates to raise funds for business restructuring and working capital. Eligible shareholders can participate in the offer until May 31, 2024, but must act quickly as the offer is not transferable and late applications may not be accepted. The proceeds will support business growth, including pending large orders and a potential buy-back of small shareholdings.
