In a recent change of director’s interest notice, Rhett Anthony John Morson, director of Spectur Limited, has increased his indirect stake in the company by acquiring 250,000 fully paid ordinary shares at a consideration of $4,550. After this transaction, Morson’s total direct and indirect shareholdings in Spectur Limited amount to 500,000 direct shares, 250,000 unlisted options, and 2,100,000 indirect shares, all fully paid. This change, reported as an on-market trade, reflects a notable increase in the director’s investment in the company.
