Spectur Limited has announced the cessation of Rhett Anthony John Morson’s role as a director as of June 8, 2024. Morson held significant interests in the company with 600,000 ordinary shares, and a combination of 350,000 options with varying expiry dates. Additionally, through Emerald Shares Pty Ltd, he maintained an indirect interest in 2,500,000 ordinary shares and 150,000 options.
