Spectris PLC has actively engaged in a share buyback program, repurchasing 25,000 ordinary shares which will be held in treasury, as part of an initiative announced earlier this month. This move affects the company’s total number of shares and voting rights, with an updated total of 100,232,347 voting rights excluding treasury shares. The detailed transactions of the buyback were carried out by Barclays Capital Securities Limited.
