Spectris PLC has recently executed a buyback of 16,000 of its ordinary shares on August 30, 2024, a part of its share buyback programme initiated earlier that month. The shares were purchased through Barclays Capital Securities Limited at various trading venues, with prices ranging between 2,936.00 and 2,980.00 pence per share. Post-transaction, Spectris PLC’s total number of shares in issue, inclusive of treasury shares, stands at 104,446,214.
