Spectral Medical Inc. has appointed MNP LLP as its new auditor, following the resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, which occurred without any accounting disagreements or modified opinions on Spectral’s financial statements. The company, in pursuit of U.S. FDA approval for its septic shock treatment device, has expressed confidence in MNP’s ability to meet its auditing requirements.
