Spectral Medical Announces Leadership Transition

Spectral Medical (Edtxf) (TSE:EDT) has released an update.

Spectral Medical Inc. has announced the retirement of Chairman Tony Bihl III, who will be succeeded by Dr. Paul Walker at the June 2024 Shareholder Meeting. Bihl’s departure follows an impactful 16-year tenure, wherein he oversaw significant clinical and regulatory advancements, particularly with the PMX device for treating septic shock. The company, currently pursuing FDA approval for PMX, acknowledges Bihl’s contributions to its mission of reducing mortality rates from endotoxic septic shock.
