Spectra Systems Corporation has announced the issuance of 403,812 new shares to settle the final portion of equity consideration for the acquisition of Cartor Holdings Limited, with shares expected to be admitted to AIM trading around June 5, 2024. Additionally, the company has updated its dividend schedule, intending to pay an annual dividend of US$0.116 per share on June 28, 2024, to shareholders on record as of June 14, 2024. Following these developments, Spectra’s total issued share capital will increase to 48,219,977 shares with voting rights.
