SPC Nickel Corp. is set to raise $1.5 million through a private placement of up to 30 million shares, at prices of $0.05 for Common Share Units and $0.06 for flow-through shares, which will qualify for a federal tax credit. The proceeds are earmarked for advancing the company’s mining projects in the Sudbury Mining Camp and Muskox Property in Nunavut, with a portion allocated for general working capital. The initiative is pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
