Sparebanken Vest Plans Merger and Rebranding

Sparebanken Vest (SPIZF) has released an update.

Sparebanken Vest has announced an extraordinary general meeting on October 30, 2024, to discuss the merger with Sparebanken Sør, including a proposed name change to Sparebanken Norge, effective from the merger date. The meeting will also address the modification of the bank’s articles of association and review the bank’s third-quarter financial statements along with its regional charitable focus for 2023.
