SpareBank 1 SMN (SRMGF) has released an update.
SpareBank 1 SMN has recently conducted a buyback of two bond issues, MING95 PRO and MING86 PRO, with outstanding amounts now at NOK 159 million and NOK 143 million, respectively. This move coincides with the issuance of a new NOK 450 million Additional Tier bond set for settlement on September 30, 2024.
