Sparebank 1 Ostlandet (SPRBF) has released an update.
SpareBank 1 Østlandet has successfully issued a new Senior Non-Preferred bond with an issue size of 750 MNOK, maturing on June 25, 2029. The bond, which has a floating rate coupon linked to 3-months NIBOR plus 100 basis points, will settle on June 25, 2024.
