SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA has completed its merger with SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge, now operating under the name SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA. The merger resulted in an increase in share capital by NOK 2,779,683,450 through the issuance of 111,187,338 new shares at NOK 130.60 each, all allocated to existing equity certificate holders of SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge. The bank’s total share capital now stands at NOK 9,386,407,675, divided into 375,456,307 shares.
