At the recent Annual General Meeting of Space Group Holdings Limited, all proposed resolutions were overwhelmingly approved, with most receiving 100% support. Key resolutions included the re-election of board members, re-appointment of the company auditor, and authorizations for the issuance and buy-back of company shares. Notably, two resolutions regarding the issuance of additional shares and the buy-back extension received a lower approval rate of 73.6944%.
