SouthGobi Resources (TSE:SGQ) has released an update.

SouthGobi Resources Ltd. has announced the composition of its board of directors and their respective committee roles, effective from June 27, 2024. The update includes executive and non-executive directors, chaired by Mr. Ruibin Xu, and outlines the structure of four main committees: Audit, Nominating and Corporate Governance, Compensation and Benefits, and Health, Environment, Safety and Social Responsibility.
