SouthGobi Resources Ltd. has announced a further delay in the payment obligations pertaining to an earlier deferral agreement. This transaction is significant as it involves JD Zhixing Fund L.P., the holder of the company’s substantial $250 million Convertible Debenture and also its largest shareholder. The deferral is in compliance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules and Securities and Futures Ordinance.
