Southern Silver Launches Funding for Mexico Mine Project

Southern Silver Exploration (TSE:SSV) has released an update.

Southern Silver Exploration Corp. has announced a non-brokered private placement to raise $3.51 million through the sale of 13 million units, each including one common share and a half warrant, with full warrants exercisable at $0.40 over three years. The proceeds will be directed towards the development of the Cerro Las Minitas property in Mexico and for working capital, following a positive Preliminary Economic Assessment. This funding initiative aims to advance the project towards becoming a high-grade, silver-lead-zinc mine in a prolific mining region.
