Southern Palladium Ltd. (AU:SPD) has released an update.
Southern Palladium Ltd. has completed a pivotal initial resource drilling campaign for their Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS), totaling 82 drillholes and 30,746 meters, including 50 reef deflections, which confirmed the robustness of the UG2 Reef grades and prill split at their Bengwenyama Platinum Group Metal project in South Africa. The drilling results have set a solid foundation for an upcoming Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) in Q3 2024, which is crucial for advancing the project towards mine planning. Additionally, the discovery of footwall mineralization in the Merensky Reef and ongoing metallurgical tests suggest further potential for resource enhancement.
