Southern Hemisphere Mining Limited has reported a change in Director Richard Caldwell’s interests, with the acquisition of 29,532 fully paid ordinary shares through an on-market trade, valued at $1,063.15. Following the transaction, Caldwell’s total holding has increased to 22,200,000 shares and 1,000,000 unlisted options. The transaction occurred outside of the company’s closed period, thus not requiring prior written clearance.
