Southern Hemisphere Director Bolsters Shareholding

Southern Hemisphere Mining Limited (AU:SUH) has released an update.

Southern Hemisphere Mining Limited has announced that Director Mr. Richard Caldwell increased his direct stake in the company by acquiring 200,000 fully paid ordinary shares on the market, for a total consideration of $3,600.00. Following this transaction, Mr. Caldwell now holds a total of 23,400,000 shares and 1,000,000 unlisted options. The shares were purchased in an on-market trade, and there were no changes in director’s interests in contracts.
