Southern Cross Gold Ltd has announced a change in their Director Ms. Georgina Carnegie’s interests, with an acquisition of 6,728 direct and 1,895 indirect fully paid ordinary shares at $1.82 per share as part of a Non-Renounceable Rights Issue. This change brings her total direct holdings to 228,711 shares, alongside substantial unlisted options. There were no disposals and the change did not occur during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
