South32 Limited has announced that the completion of its Illawarra Metallurgical Coal sale to entities owned by Golden Energy and Resources Pte Ltd and M Resources Pty Ltd is expected on 29 August 2024. South32 is a diversified mining and metals company, producing a range of commodities and focusing on reshaping its portfolio for a low-carbon future.
