Soundwill Holdings Clarifies Auction Delay

Soundwill Holdings (HK:0878) has released an update.

Soundwill Holdings Limited has issued a clarification announcement regarding a misunderstanding that the Lands Tribunal granted a Time Extension Order for the sale of Haven Court on May 14, 2024. The Tribunal, however, had only suggested a high likelihood of approval and adjourned the decision to May 30, 2024, with the ruling reserved for the next day. All other details in previous announcements and the circular regarding the auction remain unchanged.
