Sound Energy Reschedules AGM and Plans Overview

Sound Energy (GB:SOU) has released an update.

Sound Energy, an energy transition company, has announced the adjournment and rescheduling of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to June 28, 2024. Shareholders are encouraged to submit proxy votes before the new deadline on June 26, and the AGM will be accessible online through the Investor Meet Company platform. Following the AGM, Sound Energy will present an overview of its activities, live streamed for registered shareholders who can also pre-submit questions for the presentation.
