Sotherly Hotels (SOHO) has released an update.
An affiliate of Sotherly Hotels Inc., as the sole general partner of Sotherly Hotels LP, amended a loan with TD Bank, N.A. to extend the maturity date of the mortgage on the DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia Airport hotel to February 29, 2024. The loan remains guaranteed by the Operating Partnership.
