Sonoran Desert Copper Corporation has successfully completed a private placement financing, securing $1,010,750 through the issuance of over 10 million units, each comprising a share and a purchase warrant. The funds raised will support the company’s ongoing work programs and operational costs, despite the cancellation of previous private placements. Insiders participated in the financing, contributing $150,000, under exemptions provided by MI 61-101.
