Sonic Automotive Sets Performance-Based Executive Bonuses

Sonic Automotive (SAH) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.

The Compensation Committee of a company has set performance-based cash bonuses for top executives linked to earnings per share and customer satisfaction metrics for 2024. Additionally, it has granted performance-tied restricted stock units (RSUs) that vest over three years, contingent on employment and performance conditions, converting into common stock upon vesting. These financial incentives aim to align executive rewards with the company’s success and shareholder value.
