Somero Enterprises Inc. has announced the purchase and forthcoming cancellation of 8,955 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 335 pence each, following a share buy-back program initiated earlier in the year. As a result of the transaction, the company’s total issued share capital will reduce, with the total voting rights standing at 55,001,955. The buy-back move is part of Somero’s strategy to manage its share capital effectively.
