Somero Enterprises Inc. has recently executed a share buy-back, purchasing 21,428 of its own ordinary shares on September 4th, 2024, all at a price of 280 pence per share. Following the buy-back and planned cancellation of the acquired shares, the company’s total issued share capital will be reduced to 54,981,078 shares, with the total voting rights standing at 54,975,578. This move follows a buy-back programme that was previously announced on March 5, 2024.
