Solstice Gold Corp has appointed Mark Laycock, a seasoned CPA with extensive finance experience, as its new CFO, succeeding David Fischer who served for over five years. Laycock brings valuable expertise to Solstice, having already provided senior accounting services to the company and other listed firms. Alongside his role, Laycock received 600,000 stock options under the company’s plan, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval.
