Solstad Offshore Launches Share Repurchase Offer

Solstad Offshore ASA (SLOFF) has released an update.

Solstad Offshore ASA subsidiary Solstad Shipholding AS has launched an offer to purchase shares from investors allocated 200 or fewer new shares in Solstad Maritime Holding AS. The offer, managed by Pareto Securities AS, began on June 13, 2024, and closed on June 26, 2024, with allocations expected to be announced by June 28, 2024, and settlement around July 2, 2024.
