Solstad Offshore Insider Executes Share Subscription

Solstad Offshore ASA (SLOFF) has released an update.

AMSC ASA, associated with Solstad Offshore ASA board member Frank Ove Reite, has exercised subscription rights for 5,840,232 shares in Solstad Maritime Holding AS at NOK 11.82 per share, amounting to a total ownership of 90,442,601 shares. The transaction, which took place outside of a trading venue, is linked to the company’s shares and falls under the Market Abuse Regulation article 19.
