Solstad Offshore ASA has announced the conclusion of a subscription period for the offering of 63,497,303 new shares by its affiliate, Solstad Maritime Holding AS. The subscription period, which began on May 30, 2024, ended on June 12, 2024. Interested investors in Norway were encouraged to subscribe through the VPS online system, and a potential subsequent offer to eligible SOFF shareholders was also mentioned.
