Solstad Offshore ASA has announced the completion of a new share offering for Solstad Maritime Holding AS, with 63,497,303 new shares now fully registered, expanding its share capital to NOK 93,071,711. These shares are scheduled to be issued and available to investors around June 24, 2024, and are linked to SOFF’s shares.
