Solstad Offshore ASA Stakeholders Expand Holdings

Solstad Offshore ASA (SLOFF) has released an update.

Fausken Invest AS, linked to Solstad Offshore ASA board member Frank Ove Reite, has participated in a share offering by exercising 356,509 subscription rights at NOK 11.82 each. Following this, Reite’s associated company holds an equivalent number of shares in both Solstad Offshore ASA and Solstad Maritime Holding AS. Additionally, AMSC ASA and Aker Capital AS have significant holdings in SMH, with AMSC ASA owning over 84 million shares.
