Solocal has announced an approved prospectus for a series of new share issuances and capital increases as part of its financial restructuring plan. This includes the issuance of new ordinary shares for bondholders and Ycor, with the latter also receiving share subscription warrants. These actions are pending shareholder meeting approval and confirmation from the French Financial Markets Authority and the Commercial Court of Nanterre.
