Solid Power, Inc. has announced the appointment of Linda Heller as the new Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer effective June 17, 2024. With a wealth of experience from her previous roles, including her tenure as CFO at Swell Energy and Deca Technologies, Linda brings a strong financial background to the team. Alongside her executive role, she will be receiving an annual salary of $430,000, performance-based bonuses, and an initial equity award of $3,000,000. Her contract also includes severance terms that offer financial security in the event of termination without cause or resignation with good reason. This strategic hire comes as Kevin Paprzycki steps down from the CFO position, with the transition reflecting the company’s forward-looking financial strategies.
