SOL Global Investments is shifting its focus solely to the Solana ecosystem by divesting all non-Solana assets, debts, and liabilities. This strategic reorganization will allow the company to operate without the burden of past liabilities, enhancing its capability to attract institutional investments and increase shareholder value. The company will retain a minority interest in a new entity holding the divested assets and plans to use proceeds to purchase more Solana tokens.
