Soilbuild Construction Group Ltd. (SG:S7P) has released an update.
Soilbuild Construction Group Ltd. has secured new contracts totaling S$81 million, enhancing its order book to S$685 million. These contracts include constructing a 5-storey eco-sustainable transportation hub in Ubi and supplying precast components for a public housing project in Tengah, slated for completion between Q3 2024 and Q2 2027. The new projects are not anticipated to materially affect the Group’s net tangible assets or earnings per share for the financial year ending December 2024.
