Sohu.com Sets Annual Shareholders Meeting for 2024

Sohu (SOHU) has released an update.

Sohu.com Limited has announced its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on September 11, 2024, in Beijing, where shareholders will vote on the election of Charles Zhang, Zhonghan Deng, and Dave De Yang as Class I Directors, and the ratification of PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP as the independent auditors for the fiscal year. Shareholders on record as of August 7, 2024, will be entitled to vote, and the company urges shareholders to vote in favor of the proposed nominees and auditor.
